Delete your account
Use this form to permanently delete your Barracks Life account. This works for both Apple and Google sign-ins, and for accounts created with username + password. You do not need to have the app installed to use it.
What gets deleted: your profile, photos, bio, prompts, matches, sent and received messages, posts, comments, likes, and verification artifacts. Other members lose access to your profile within minutes. Your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, and from limited backups within 90 days.

Sign in to confirm you own this account, then we'll deactivate it immediately.
Prefer email?
Email privacy@barrackslife.com from the address tied to your Barracks Life account with the subject "Account deletion request" and we will delete the account within one business day.
From inside the app
If the app is installed, you can also delete your account from HQ → Settings → Delete Account. The result is the same.
Data retention details
- Active systems: data removed within 30 days of your request.
- Backups: removed within 90 days as backup snapshots roll over.
- Moderation logs: retained for up to 12 months in anonymized form, only if you were the subject of a safety report — required to prevent ban evasion. No PII is retained.
- Legal requests: data may be retained longer if subject to a legally compelled hold; you will be notified where the law allows.
